It seems the acquisition of Illusion Softworks was quite fast, they even haven’t had a time to change the logos.
If we can just have a closer look on those monitors …

As Dan Vávra(the main designer and scriptwriter of Mafia 2) mentioned before in many interviews, the city in Mafia 2 – Empire city will be high realistic with breath taking live in the streets. Sounds great, but is it true? This theory confirms the scan where you can see dog wandering on the street.
BTW: The script of Mafia 2 has got 700 pages in February.

Lightsprint was formed to help others add photorealistic illumination to realtime 3D engines. Only a few years ago, global illumination started to appear in CG movies like Shrek 2; Lightsprint is here to push it from movies to realtime software like games and architectural modellers. Being fascinated by the way how light interacts with the environment around us, we simulate it on CPU and GPU in realtime. Our goal is not to compete with existing 3D engines, on contrary, we integrate with them and improve them.
Although our technology is licensed commercially, our roots lie in demoscene and free software, and we support free software developers, saying no to software patents. We are based in Prague, the Czech Republic.
Lightsprint SDK is a middleware for C++ developers:
realtime global illumination offers the most realistic realtime lighting in indoor scenes where lights freely move
global illumination precalculation builds lightmaps and more in scenes with static lights.

Quote:
Lightsprint SDK has helped us create realistic lighting quickly and with minimal effort. It has become an integral part of our pipeline for next-gen games
